Option #1: Credit Score over 550 (FICO)

We will pull your FICO credit score and if your credit score is over 550 there is a strong possibility of getting your equipment funded. We may even be able to fund 100% of the equipment acquisition cost depending on time in business, payment history and other compensating factors.

Requirements:

1. All credit problems must be in the past.

2. All Collections, Judgments & Tax Liens must be paid and satisfied.

3. Bankruptcy must be discharged (typically 3 years) and you MUST show new credit with 'on time payment' history since discharge date.

4. We will need a letter explaining all past credit problems and that the problem has been resolved.

5. No credit problems in the past year.

By using additional collateral that you already own we can take the free and clear title on your existing construction equipment, heavy equipment, commercial trucks, commercial trailers or equity in your home and create a security interest against them.

Don't have additional collateral? We can also use assets that are owned by friends and relatives to create a security interest and get you the money you need.

If you do NOT have additional collateral and do not meet the criteria of Option #1, then we probably can NOT help you with your bad credit equipment leasing request at this time.

1. Do NOT "shop around" with other banks or finance companies! Why? Most companies DO NOT have a Bad Credit Equipment Leasing program. 4. Please provide any contracts or such that will help prove you have the ability to repay the lease or loan.
