We may also ask you for the following documentation to support your financing request: 1. Most recent 2 years Tax Returns (Personal & Business) 2. Most recent 3 months of Bank Statements (Personal & Business) 3. Judgments or Collections? - fax us the document showing them paid. 4. Bankruptcy? - fax a copy of the Discharge Papers.
Personal Financial Statement: We are now currently asking applicants to complete the following Personal Financial Statement when applying for financing. Why? With the current state of the economy and the current lending changes taking place, we may at times need a clearer picture of your situation. This form gives us most information we will need to make a decision on you financing request. The form can be completed on your computer, printed, signed and then faxed to us. Credit Report Information: A great resource for you to check credit report is available at www.AnnualCreditReport.com where you can get a free copy of your credit report from the 3 major credit bureaus. If you find any errors on your credit report that need to be corrected you can also do so there. We highly recommend using this resource to keep your credit report updated on an annual basis.
